Auditory memory

Many children have difficulty with auditory memory. This is one part of sensory processing and can make many things difficult such as following a teacher’s instructions. There are many games that work on auditory memory. Today we used a musical hammer to hit letter and colour bean bags in the order that the therapist said. The game was graded up by having longer sequences to remember. It was lots of fun!
